Each day you enter the foods you eat, and any exercise you’ve done. It’s quick and easy because you can easily search the online database for your foods, scan the barcodes, or simply enter the calorie amount if you already know it. The best part is MyFitnessPal remembers the foods you’ve eaten recently – your daily coffee will always show up at the top of the list so you don’t have to search for it each time.
